Johanna Ortiz's commitment to social causes, female empowerment, and opportunity is reflected in her leadership of a team where 78% are women, many of whom are heads of their households. Her dedication to creating social change through fashion is embodied in the "Escuela Johanna Ortiz," an on-site program offering couture-level seamstress training to vulnerable local populations, helping over 130 individuals achieve economic independence and emotional resilience. Additionally, Ortiz collaborates with 23 indigenous communities and artisanal associations, supporting more than 260 artisans across Colombia and Latin America, preserving traditional crafts and generational techniques.
