Embroidery
Our meticulously crafted embroideries add tactile richness and refined detail to each garment, reflecting JO’s dedication to artistry and sophisticated craftsmanship.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. To preserve the shape and quality of embroidered garments, dry clean only. Avoid steaming directly over embroidery and refrain from folding embellished areas. To minimize pilling and snagging, keep garments away from abrasive surfaces and accessories.
RAFFIA
Our skilled artisans use raffia threads to meticulously create intricate textures and sculptural designs.
To preserve the shape and quality of raffia garments, please follow the care instructions on the label carefully. Dry clean only. Avoid steaming, folding, or compressing raffia details, as this may alter their shape and structure. If raffia becomes bent or loses its shape over time, laying the garment flat and placing a heavy object over the affected area may help restore and flatten the fibers.
Knit
Knit fabrics offer a soft, versatile appeal, with natural stretch and texture that bring both comfort and elegance.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. To preserve the shape, texture, and quality of knit garments, dry clean only. Do not tumble dry. Store in a cool, dry, dark place, laying garments as flat as possible to prevent stretching. Avoid hanging knitwear. To minimize pilling, keep fabrics away from abrasive surfaces and accessories.
CROCHET
Peruvian crochet brings understated elegance to each piece, celebrating the artistry and heritage of hand craftsmanship.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry and avoid hanging, as this may cause stretching. Store in a cool, dry, dark place, keeping the garment as flat as possible. To minimize pilling, keep it away from abrasive surfaces and accessories.
TASSELS
Tassels move gracefully with the body, adding texture, movement, and character to each design.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. To preserve the shape and quality of tassels, avoid washing them directly. Gently clean with a soft brush or lint roller when needed. Never wring or twist, as this may cause loss of shape. Organza tassels may be lightly steam ironed, while feather and beaded tassels should not be steamed. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals, as they may damage delicate materials. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve their condition over time.
LUREX
Lurex threads bring luminous dimension to fabrics and cords, transforming metallic finishes into versatile, elevated pieces.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. To preserve the shape and quality of these garments, do not tumble dry. To minimize pilling and maintain the integrity of the metallic fibers, avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and accessories.
FRINGES
Fringes add movement and playful sophistication to each design, blending elegance with expressive craftsmanship.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label. To preserve the shape and quality of fringed garments, avoid washing the fringes directly. Use steam carefully when needed and gently comb the fringes to prevent tangling.
LEATHER
Leather is valued for its durability, beauty, and timeless character. With proper care, it can maintain its appearance and quality for years.
Please follow the specific care instructions on your garment label. Avoid exposing leather to excessive water, heat, sharp objects, or harsh chemicals, as these may cause dehydration, peeling, cracking, or discoloration.
To remove dust and prevent buildup, gently clean the surface with a soft dry cloth or a soft-bristle brush. Smooth leather may be conditioned periodically using products specifically designed for leather care to help maintain suppleness and shine. Suede, however, should not be hydrated or conditioned with leather creams or polishes, as this may permanently alter its texture and finish.
Before wearing, we recommend applying a waterproof and stain-resistant spray to help protect against moisture and spills. If contact with liquids occurs, gently blot the area immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth and allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, alcohol, acetone, seawater, and other harsh substances. For suede pieces, if exposed to moisture, allow the material to dry evenly and naturally to help prevent water marks.
SEQUINS
Sequins bring a dazzling, reflective quality to each design, adding brilliance and sophisticated shine.
Please read and follow the care instructions on the label carefully. To preserve the shape and quality of sequined garments, dry clean only. Avoid ironing directly over sequins, as heat may damage their finish and appearance.
