HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES
To receive your order by December 24th within the United States, we suggest you place your order before:
December 13, 2024, 12pm ET via Standard Shipping (US).
December 19, 2024, 12pm ET via 2Day Shipping (US).
International orders must be placed by December 13, 2024, 12pm ET.
US SHIPPING
At johannaortiz.com we offer complimentary standard shipping and returns on all orders within continental United States. Orders for 2day and Priority Overnight Shipping must be placed by 12 pm ET; orders placed after that will ship on the next business day.
A signature is required for all deliveries to ensure the safety of your package, as per our insurance policy. We kindly ask that you do not ship to PO Boxes, as we are can not garantee safe delivery these addresses.
Please note all preorders ship according to the shipping details listed on the product page. Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.
To request a return, please visit our Return Portal. If we receive a return package without a return request submitted via the portal, we reserve the right to send the package back to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At johannaortiz.com we offer complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders with delivery duties and taxes paid upfront at checkout. International returns may incur shipping fees, and duties and taxes are non-refundable. These will be automatically calculated at our International Returns Portal.
